WHAT TO DO IF MY UKULELE IS DAMAGED?

If your ukulele arrives damaged due to factory defect, it will be replaced for free. Please send us a message through our Facebook page or at hello@wagasukuleles.com. We will assess the damage before you will ship the product back to us. The shipping fee will be covered.

We are not liable for any ukulele damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
