WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Since all our ukuleles are made in our factory, it typically takes 3-5 business days for orders to be processed. As soon as your ukulele is ready, we'll ship it out to you and send you the tracking number of your package.

Domestic: 3-5 business days
International: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
